birthdays

i have a feeling i was born on the wrong day. it was a Friday. so, technically i am supposed to be loving and caring. yeah, not so much. my projected birthday (according to the doctor. like he knows what the hell he’s doing) was a Tuesday. i am not full of grace. i am far from it. it trip on flat ground. nor am i deft at social grace.
i think i should have been a wednesday’s or thursday’s child. those feel more like me. i do feel more like a full of woe or a has far to go kind of person. if pressed to choose, i would say a has far to go type of person. i am what girls call a “fixer upper”. translation: boy needs help. oh well. back to figuring what else i’m not.

purple and blue

PURPLE: so, just got done watching Purple Rain. don’t know why, but i enjoy Prince’s music. Purple Rain has to be one of my all time favorite soundtracks/albums.

BLUE: Dr. Manhattan’s wang, or Watchmen. whatever you call the movie. i could have done with 98% less blue wang. i don’t even feel like watching porn because of that movie. other than that, it was pretty good.

Review: Trying to create a world encompassing country album was an undertaking no person should ever do, but National Dodgeball League tried. Wandering between destinations, influences and science, this album lacks direction and focus. Kinda like the neighbor kid off his Ritalin. I recommend it for a good laugh, but don’t buy it. Just download it off the internet. No. Seriously. Stores won’t carry it.
